Hi,
The epoch value looks like this 1522163470233 which corresponds to Tuesday, March 27, 2018 3:11:10.233 PM.

Does qcustomplot support plotting on millisecond precision?

yes. remember that qcustomplot wants decimal seconds (1024 ms would be 1.024).
