Dear users,

I would like to create an object composed of with a slider and an axis. This kind of object is already implemented in Qwt (see for example http://qwt.sourceforge.net/controlscreenshots.html). I was wondering if I could use QCustomplot to take the axis un charge to avoid the addition of qwt in my project (just for this object). I tried something very naive :

    mAxis = new QCustomPlot(this);
    mAxis->plotLayout()->clear();  // empty the widget
    QCPAxisRect *wideAxisRect = new QCPAxisRect(mAxis); //create a new widget
    wideAxisRect->addAxis(QCPAxis::atBottom); // with only one axis at the bottom
    layout->addWidget(mAxis);

but it is obviously not working. Is it possible with QCustomPlot? If so, what would be the best way to proceed?

Many thanks in advance!
